Development of complex metal components for laparoscopic stapler
Project Background:
With the continuous development of minimally invasive surgery in China, the demand for staplers is growing rapidly. The metal components of the stapler not only have complex structures and diverse shapes, but also have high requirements for material performance. If the original machining process is used for mass production, a large amount of equipment needs to be invested, resulting in high costs.
Problem solving:
The company has successfully developed nearly a hundred metal components for well-known domestic endoscopic stapler enterprises, from participating in the development iteration of the first generation manual endoscopic stapler to the latest generation electric stapler.
(1) The innovative design solves the design accuracy requirements of parts with complex structural shapes.
(2) The unique process scheme ensures that the dimensional tolerance fluctuation of the long rack (≥120mm) of the important parts of the stapler is controlled to about 3‰, and the straightness is controlled within 0.1mm, which effectively solves the accurate problem of product tooth meshing.
(3) Advanced manufacturing capabilities ensure that the performance and form and position tolerance differences between different product batches are within a controllable range, ensure the stability of mass production batches, and solve the problem of customer production matching adjustment affecting efficiency.
