Yingjie High Tech, relying on the technical strength of the National Engineering Research Center for Powder Metallurgy of Central South University, carries out the process development of MIM materials. The feed materials for production are all self-developed, and has mastered the MIM process of more than 40 kinds of materials, including low-alloy steel, stainless steel, ultra-high strength steel, temperature resistant alloy, hard alloy, tungsten alloy, cobalt alloy, titanium alloy, magnetic materials, ceramics, etc. The company has advanced material research and development technology, and the most representative material systems include high-temperature alloy system and titanium alloy system. The high-temperature alloy system includes HK30, reinforced HK30, 1.4957, IN713C, IN718, etc. The reinforced HK30 developed by the company has doubled its strength at 800 ℃ compared to conventional HK30. The titanium alloy system includes Ti, TC4, and NiTi, among which the MIM NiTi alloy has superelasticity and shape memory effect. The developed product has completed 400 million fatigue tests.
The company's products have stable performance and the materials meet the requirements of the US MPI-F-35 standard. At the same time, the company can conduct material formula research based on customer needs, or conduct comprehensive analysis of the composition, organization, and performance of samples provided by customers, providing effective material selection support for customers in the early design stage.
