Having rich industry manufacturing experience
Having been deeply involved in the MIM industry for over 20 years, the company is one of the earliest enterprises in China to have the ability to mass produce MIM. Relying on Central South University, the company has strong theoretical support in the MIM field and has accumulated rich manufacturing experience by closely integrating production practice. Through self-developed feeding systems and customized specialized equipment, the company has explored a unique production process route belonging to Yingjie, which can effectively ensure the reliability and stability of the entire production process.

Having stable mass production capacity
The company has equipped advanced production equipment for each production process, including over 30 injection machines, over 25 catalytic debinding furnaces/debinding sintering furnaces, 2 pressure sintering furnaces, 2 specialized heat treatment equipment, and 6 large-scale processing equipment. At the same time, the company has also designed and developed multiple automated boat swinging, shaping, processing, and inspection equipment based on the characteristics of the process and products, which can ensure the continuous and stable production of the products and have the ability for large-scale batch manufacturing.

Having excellent quality control level
The company has passed ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949: We are one of the few MIM companies in the industry to have both medical and automotive quality management system certifications, certified in 2016 and ISO 13485:2023. At present, we have advanced inspection and testing equipment such as scanning electron microscopy and CMM, and quality control covers the entire production process of products, which can effectively ensure the quality stability of each batch of products.
