Development and Application of Ceramic Components
Project Background:
Ceramic parts have characteristics such as insulation, high temperature resistance, high strength, and wear resistance, and are widely used in minimally invasive surgical instruments and micro transmission fields. Poor process control can easily lead to problems such as blackening and cracking.
Problem solving:
The company has successfully developed a series of ceramic components for several well-known medical enterprises and micro motor enterprises in China, which have excellent material properties and greatly improved customer satisfaction.
(1) The ceramic products developed by the company have good biocompatibility, high toughness, high bending strength and wear resistance, good thermal insulation performance and chemical stability, and have successfully solved the problem of blackening of existing supplier products under high-frequency conditions.
(2) Advanced mold design and injection molding technology have solved the industry difficulties of ceramic molding and thin-walled generation. The minimum pore size of the product can be achieved at 0.15mm, and the minimum wall thickness can be achieved at 0.30mm.
(3) has a ceramic dedicated production line, and optimized production processes effectively avoid internal porosity and cracking problems that are prone to occur during ceramic production. The product quality is stable, and the ceramic bearing products provided to customers meet the high-frequency and long-term motor usage requirements.
