Two national standards have been issued: "Amorphous Soft Magnetic Alloy Powder" and "Amorphous Soft Magnetic Alloy Wire Material"
Recently, under the guidance of the National Electrical Alloy Standardization Committee, two national standards, "Amorphous Soft Magnetic Alloy Powder" and "Amorphous Soft Magnetic Alloy Wire Material," were officially published and formulated by the Amorphous Alloy Material Application Branch of the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association and the Ningbo Magnetic Material Application Technology Innovation Center. The original text can be found in the attachment at the end of the article. These standards will be implemented from April 1, 2025.
National standards refer to the standards that are of great significance to China's economic and technological development and must be unified nationwide. National standards should be formulated for technical requirements that need to be unified nationwide. National standards are applicable nationwide, and other levels of standards shall not conflict with national standards.
The national standardization guidance technical document code is GB/Z. GB stands for the Chinese Pinyin abbreviation of the national standard, with T meaning recommendation and Z meaning guidance.
Enterprises participating in the formulation of national, industry, and group standards have many advantages in their future development, such as helping them establish brand influence, fierce competition among peers, and being the drafting unit of standards. Their products or services are based on the requirements of national, industry, local, and group standards, and have a certain degree of reliability, which can reassure consumers and establish a stable position in the industry. Enterprises seize the market opportunity by participating in standard seminars and technical exchanges, knowing relevant regulations in advance, and making strategic deployments in advance. After the standard is released, products or services can be put into the market in a timely manner, leading the industry. The advantage of adding points to enterprise bidding is that the country attaches great importance to standardization, and government related projects have higher requirements. Having standardization qualifications can provide the advantage of adding points to the project, improve the success rate of enterprise bidding, and so on. Currently, many scientific and technological research projects and major projects in the country also encourage or require research institutions and universities to participate more in standard setting.
The Amorphous Branch of the China Electronics Association has always been committed to promoting the specialized, industrialized, and standardized development of amorphous alloys, and insists on providing good services for the industry and enterprises. Three high-quality seminars on amorphous alloy powder and amorphous alloy wire materials have been successfully held in Shenzhen, Suzhou, Nanjing and other places, laying a solid foundation for promoting the development of two high-quality national standards.
Recently, the Amorphous Branch of the China Electricity Council will also organize and lead the development of a series of national standards, industry standards, and group standards for quality evaluation of amorphous coatings, noise detection of amorphous power electronic transformers, and bulk amorphous structural components. Interested enterprises and research units are welcome to actively participate in the application and proposal or proposal.
